We have an official referral!

We just found out the kids are officially ours...We received an official referral from Ethiopia and we hope this means that things will continue to move along....

This was just a glimpse of hope when it felt like the waiting was tooooo long. At least we know things are moving and happening.

We also received some new pictures and information about Trey and Tessa. Oh wow. The pictures of the kids were ADORABLE. We had never seen pictures of them with such big smiles! We can't wait to show these pictures to all of you :)


Keep praying! We can't wait to have our kids home!

    That must feel so wonderful getting an official referral! PTL!! One step closer for all of you! We had our Home Visit with Kim on Tuesday, so next we need to complete our one page profile sheet for birth moms to see, and pray they request to see our long profile(a Shutterfly album I made online that is a hard cover photo book with details about our family life) We've only started this adoption journey 3 months ago, and even that seems long, I can't imagine waiting over a year, so I'll pray for patience and peace in the waiting for you. How fun that these two children will be officially yours soon! They are already yours in your hearts! ;O)
